Order processing & schedule

Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Thursday.

Order cutoff: Place your order by 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) the day before a shipping date to be included in the next shipment. Orders placed after the cutoff will be queued for the following dispatch day.
Shipping options & rates

Standard Shipping: $4 (US)

Local Delivery (Next Day): $6 — available within our local delivery area.

Expedited Shipping: $10 — faster handling and delivery.
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and begin from the shipment date (Tuesday or Thursday). Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Product contents
All items sold on PackFarm are empty packaging only. No products, contents, or consumables are included inside the packaging. Please review product listings carefully before purchasing.
No returns / no refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any empty packaging items.
Disputes & chargebacks
PackFarm enforces its policies to protect the business and community. We do not accept unauthorized disputes or chargebacks for transactions that comply with the terms above. Our systems automatically monitor and dispute illegitimate chargebacks. Attempting chargebacks on valid orders may result in account suspension or a permanent ban from purchasing on PackFarm.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we want to make it right — please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement shipment or credit at our discretion.
